Zach’s approach to selling my home was one of enthusiasm. After giving us a valuation a couple of years previously, he was amazed at the improvements we had made since that time. Once I signed up with him I was given a printed schedule telling me exactly what would be happening during my campaign and after every open home he would ring me and the following week would come to my home with a report and discuss it with me and I have to say that report was very thorough.
