Our recent sale result was better than expected. Throughout the sale campaign Igor and his team were excellent at every level - realistic advice as to price expectation, courteous, informative, always communicated property inspection results and reflected a high level of professionalism. On the day of auction they were as excited as we were and their advice as to the bidding process resulted in a sale price in excess of the reserve we had placed on the home. We have no hesitation recommending Manor Real Estate to any property owner - they have very good and different marketing methods (e.g. twilight viewings and Sunday inspections) and in the Hills area their blue and white signs are everywhere thereby ensuring exposure to a large number of potential buyers.
