We interviewed 3 agents and engaged Jay and his team as he gave a credible and convincing argument for auctioning the property "as is", and presented in a professional and friendly (but importantly not "smarmy") way. I felt Jay could represent the property well to potential buyers, and he would market it in a professional manner. This he did and we were delighted with 10 registered bidders at the auction and achieved an over reserve price. A negative was some tradespeople Manor recommended who over promised but seriously under-delivered which was disappointing and very frustrating. In spite of this negative overall Jay and his team did an excellent job and I would be very happy to engage his services again.
