Although contacting several agents, due to personal circumstances the sale of our house did not proceed for some considerable time. Only Lachlan continued to follow-up and provide regular market updates. Not only did he have the understanding of the area and the market, he also took into account our situation – being somewhat reluctant vendors. The assurances given when signing the agency agreement were delivered on with 8 offers and the house sold in a week - a great outcome.
