Their services and their recommended support companies (e.g. stylists, photographer) were fantastic and gave us the edge we needed for our sale. The auctioneer Ben on the day gave us direct advice on the auction process, and when needed gave sage advice on how to proceed, assisting Zach with negotiating a better price on the day. For what was our first experience in selling a property it was always going to be a nervous experience.
