Leaving a message for Jay late on the day before New Years Eve and not expecting any contact until after the holiday break we were thrilled to receive a call from Jay the very next day on New Years Eve. We discussed with Jay how we wanted to sell our home and on New Years Day (yes a public holiday) Jay had organised for Rish to come and see us and we signed the sales contract on that day.
