I sold my apartment in Northmead through Rinat. He worked hard throughout the pre-listing and on-market period. Rinat was extremely good at communicating feedback throughout the process, which we appreciated. Unfortunately we just missed the better part of the market, so ended up taking a “mental loss” on what we thought we would be able to make, however, this was not Rinat’s fault, it was just the market. Thank you Rinat.

The contract and strata report were ready when viewing this flat in the first time. Marko, the agent, reacted very quick and professional. Satisfied with almost all the things exept one thing, the keys. The letter box key is wrong, some other keys are not useful.
