I found that from the start Rinat was helpful, not pushy and aimed for the best result for my sale. I didn't get quite the result that I had hoped for but that was not due to Rinat, but the current market. At all times Rinat aimed to get the best result possible.

Lachlan is an exceptional operator. He went above and beyond any service we have ever received from any other agent. Our decision paid off with our sale blasting above the previous suburb record by 20 percent. A very big thank you to Lachlan and the Manor Team. We couldn’t be happier !!

Outstanding from day 1. Overwhelmed at the response and interest in our property, and in just 2 weeks we sold thanks to the amazing Paul. With his professionalism, knowledge of the market and data base, dedication, guidance and honesty, Paul certainly went above and beyond our expectations! He kept us in the loop at all times with updates during an emotional time for the family. I highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone that is selling in the future.

John is a fantastic agent and it was a pleasure to work with him to sell our property in Beaumont hills. He has high level local knowledge of the market and properties and assigning him as our agent assured me that he was going to work hard and secure the best selling price for our house. He simply gets the job and deal closed and done. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to sell in the Beaumont hills/Kellyville area. Thanks again John and wish you all the best!

We found Paul Hanna to be very professional in his work and yet so approachable. His knowledge of the market is extensive and his experience carried across all his communications. His communication skills is next level. We never had to chase him on feedback on the open home outcomes. The market report was very clear, and focused on the potential buyers and followed up on others who showed interest. His guidance and suggestions to market our property better were on point. Needless to say, he sold our home within 2.5 weeks, was present in every open home and continued to update us religiously. I highly recommend Manor Real Estate to anyone who is serious in selling their home. You will not get a better team to manage your real estate needs.

Alex is a very good marketer in terms of a quick response to emails, text messages and overall excellent customer service. He was the one who responded promptly to my first text message regarding putting our property on the market. He quickly organized a visit with his colleague Paul that afternoon who gave some suggestions on how to better prepare our home for top dollar. Alex was present on each open home to ensure fielding the correct answers to all the questions thrown at him. And when we sold our home, Alex was the one who presented us with a bottle of champagne and bathroom luxury pack which will be gracing our bathroom in the new apartment. We highly recommend Manor Real Estate if you are serious in getting the best price and service for your home.
