It took about 12 months between first contacting Scott about a valuation for our house and our decision to sell. Scott was never pushy but followed up just enough times for us to keep him in mind for the eventual sale. Scott's knowledge of the market is excellent and he and his team were always very professional, calm and respectful. We had lived in our home for many years and Scott was mindful of that , never rushing us for decisions. We have over the years bought and sold a few houses and although we liked the agents we then used, Scott brought with him a whole team of smart professional people to help with the marketing of our home. We had never experienced this level of service. I recommended Scott to a close family member who also sold his home soon after ours, and felt that he had been well served. He was professional, friendly and straightforward and we felt confident and comfortable we would be able to have a successful working relationship with him. It turns out that was indeed a good choice as we listed our property right when the market started falling and having a good working relationship with mutual respect was extremely important in the process.
