Zach was exactly what we needed to ensure we understood the journey we would take in selling our house. He was patient and explained everything clearlyWe felt in control at every step and our decisions were ours. When it came time for him to stand at the plate, he smacked a home run. I don't think we could have found a better agent

John, l would like to thank you again for the wonderful service that you provided. You were prompt and up front with your reports which we appreciated, and an awesome communicator, which is hard to find in agents these days. I really appreciated the fact that you took the time to take buyers through that couldn’t make the open inspections and informed us thoroughly throughout the entire process. It was an exciting experience and would highly recommend John to any prospective Vendors.

Jay is a fantastic agent. We were buyers and Jay represented the vendor, but we really enjoyed dealing with him the whole time, and we could tell he represented them well. Highly recommend Jay to anyone selling their property.

We never dreamed we’d be able to sell our home at such a premium, but John’s marketing strategies, negotiation skills and attention to details made the selling process easy for us and we couldn’t be happier we chose him to sell our property. We absolutely appreciate his expertise wisdom and guidance along the way he is definitely an asset to the company and without any hesitations will definitely make recommendations to a friend or family who are thinking of buying or selling their property.

Faz was completely honest and transparent for every single dealing we had with him. This was something we valued extremely especially due to the changing landscape of the Sydney property market. Whether buying or selling, we will be using Faz again 100%. Could not recommend a better person and already have made such referrals.

Faz provided an excellent end to end service. He gave us a realistic assessment of the house value, helpful advice to prepare the house for sale and great communication throughout the whole process. He worked very hard to get us a good price in a challenging market.

We found Zach and his team very good. Communication was excellent - Zach would always return a call. The wider team were very helpful in arranging other related services, such as landscaping, minor repairs, and styling. Sale price was near initial estimates. We would not hesitate to recommend Zach and his team to others selling their home in Kings Langley.

John, although young in years knows the market extremely well and truly professional in his advice. He guided my wife and I through this at times stressful process of selling our house. We were always kept well informed of any progress. In a changing market he was to able to achieve a good result. I have and will continue to recommend John to everyone thinking of selling.
