I've known Rinat for a few years now, as he would regularly check in to update us on market conditions. After receiving the good news that we were expecting another baby, we engaged Rinat to help us sell our house. He was with us every step of the way, and gave us great advice in very challenging market conditions. In the end, we sold for a fair price, even with the market the way that it was. Faz understands the market and when everyone said the suburb we are targeting is out of our budget, Faz came in as a survivor and got us the the house which ticked all our boxes in the same suburb. It took about 12 months between first contacting Scott about a valuation for our house and our decision to sell. Scott was never pushy but followed up just enough times for us to keep him in mind for the eventual sale. Scott's knowledge of the market is excellent and he and his team were always very professional, calm and respectful. We had lived in our home for many years and Scott was mindful of that , never rushing us for decisions. We have over the years bought and sold a few houses and although we liked the agents we then used, Scott brought with him a whole team of smart professional people to help with the marketing of our home. We had never experienced this level of service. I recommended Scott to a close family member who also sold his home soon after ours, and felt that he had been well served.
