Although working for the seller, we found Lauren McDonald to be extremely engaging. professional yet not pushy. We felt that she really assisted in the ensuring the deal was done and after exchange has continued to be extremely helpful. Even though the process from first inspection to securing the deposit was done in less than 24 hours we never felt any pressure from the seller's end. Lauren communicated with us throughout the process and made the "quick settlement" very reassuring.

This is the first time in 30 years I’ve sold a home and the sales world has changed a lot. As I’m retired my home has become my most important asset. As a result I needed to find the most effective and trustworthy agent I could find particularly in a slowing market. Lauren proved to not only be the best, in the end, I consider her better than the best !! Lauren brought a deft touch to what is a stressful process. She’s is incredibly professional but wonderfully approachable. She is empathic and communicates throughout, providing lots of support and guidance. I paid for her expertise and she brought that in spades. I sort her advice regularly throughout the process. She also has a strong and capable company behind her as well as an excellent team of support professionals who helped get my home ready. While we didn’t sell at auction the contract was closed out soon after. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. Lauren comes highly recommended by me. She’s an incredible operator and I’m very grateful for her efforts.

When Lauren turned up she immediately put us at ease she quickly understood the immediacy of our sale and discussed with us a sales plan. She was efficient, organised and very personable.
