My brother and I requested he meet us at our property at very short notice, to give us an appraisal of its value if we were to put it to auction. Steve had researched the property's history and Heritage Listing prior to attending the appointment and answered all questions asked of him with accurate and honest answers. His knowledge of the market and the current and future development of the area was impressive. As both my brother and I live interstate and the property needed work done before being ready to present one the market for sale , Steve volunteered to source trades people and oversee the work to be done. This was without any additional fee, only the agreed commission on completion of the sale. Steve was professional, efficient and polite yet pleasantly friendly throughout the entire process, which at times was a little stressful and needed the appropriate amount of humor I can only praise and compliment Steve for the job he did for us, ending with any extremely successful sale result.
