We chose Steve because he sold a similar property down the street six months earlier for what we thought was a very good price. He sold ours for 15% more than that, before auction. Our experience working with Steve was excellent. He guided us on what key minor renovations to get done to make our townhouse more appealing to potential buyers, and even recommended us the contractors to work with. At the end the process went smoothly and the open-for-inspections attracted a good number of visitors. Steve is very professional, has great attention to detail and handles communication well.
