After giving purple bricks a try which failed terribly we made the decision to list with Roxanne. After over 90 days with purple bricks and no luck Roxanne managed to sell our home in 2 weeks with multiple offers and $100,000 more the any other offer we had. Likeable and trustworthy Agent
Im pleased to recommend Roxanne as an Estate Agent. I had tried previously to sell my home without a desired result so came off market. Roxanne told me that my home was very sought after and could not understand why we did not achieve an offer within our desired price range. I felt a renewed confidence that my home would sell and did not feel any stress what so ever as Roxanne was always confident in what she would achieve. She loved our home and her enthusiasm for finding the perfect buyer was always evident and clear. We had multiple offers on the home and all withing the range we where hoping for. Not only did she sell the home she had to turn down many offers. My only regret was that I didn't use Roxanne the first time round. Don't hesitate if you want to sell your home and have an Agent with passion and respect for your home then choose Roxanne. Truly was pain free.
