Tania was incredibly knowledgeable about the Bracken Ridge area and the changes to the market at the time. Tania and her assistant were incredibly professional and easy to deal with, always keeping us updated and being proactive at every turn. We would recommend anyone to use Tania and her team if selling in the local area.

Roxanne exuded confidence from the moment we met. She was honest, direct & straight forward. Tania helped make the whole experience very pleasant & communicated with us well the whole way through. We were astonished by the record price that was achieved! We had 20 groups through the 1st open home & 4 offers!! The house was sold in a number of days. Roxanne& Tania were also both very kind & caring. Can’t recommend These talented & professional woman enough.

I write this review as I am a buyer and experience a terrible service from Ray White Bracken Ridge. Very lack of communication once you sign a contract. If you are a buyer, do not believe any promise from this agent, you need to write down everything you want in the contract. Check the house as much as you can, negotiate whatever you do not feel good with the house. They lack knowledge and terrible service after you sign the contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY FROM THIS AGENT!!!

Roxanne made the process of buying our first property a pleasant one. She was happy to take our calls anytime during business hours to clarify what we needed to do, and even checked on the property for us in the recent flooding event.

When choosing to sell my house with Ray White, Roxanne assured me she would personally look after the sale of my house. I had mentioned a negative past experience with an agent lying to me, when I sold a previous house. Once again Roxanne assured me this would not happen and that she would be attending each open home and doing all the negotiating to sell the property. As soon as I listed my house with Roxanne, she was difficult to contact. Roxanne did not attend any of the open homes, did not present any offers and furthermore, did not respond to my text when asking if she would be attending the open house the following day. On the day of the open home Roxanne did not turn up. Apparently she injured her hand at another open home, however, I never heard from her directly. I never heard from Roxanne again. I was fortunate that my house sold for a higher price than expected. Tania (Roxanne’s colleague) did a great job selling my house, however, I was still disappointed with the service I received from Roxanne.
