I write this review as I am a buyer and experience a terrible service from Ray White Bracken Ridge. Very lack of communication once you sign a contract. If you are a buyer, do not believe any promise from this agent, you need to write down everything you want in the contract. Check the house as much as you can, negotiate whatever you do not feel good with the house. They lack knowledge and terrible service after you sign the contract. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY FROM THIS AGENT!!!

Jamie was always very approachable, knowledgeable and organised. As a seller he certainly made one feel that he was doing his best to get us a good price. As a buyer Jamie was honest and friendly so we knew where we stood. He was available to answer any queries at any time and nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

Overall we had such a great experience buying with Jamie . Often as a buyer you really feel that the agent is solely working for the seller but we felt that he was genuine and really supported us through the process of buying. Kept us in the loop throughout and post sale was happy to clarify building details with seller. In the crazy market everyone finds themselves at the moment Jamie really made it a lot less stressful. Would definitely look to buy or sell with him in the future. Five stars

Tania was across the market the whole time. Her advice was spot on and we acted on that advice. She relentlessly pursued all leads, this resulted in the best outcome for all concerned. Both the vendors and the purchases where happy with the outcome. We where very happy with the terms of the agreement, and mutually worked together for the move out move in, managed excellently by Tania.
