Claudia displays a level of commitment to her tennants and landlords that goes above and beyond what is expected and is reflected in her team. The team is knowledgable regarding current rental trends and changes in legislation and keeps us aware of this. There is always prompt action on repairs and maintenance and we are informed of same in a timely manner. Claudia is very thorough in screening new tenants but also ensures there is a minimal period without occupancy. At no time since leasing our property have we found any fault with the management of it. House was not clean when handed over. i had to submit numerous photos and waste lot of time in providing observations after moving the house. During inspection there were people in the house so it was lj responsibility that the house must be clean. it was dirty, garden was in a bad state. door handles were broken or loose, toilets were atrocious. LJ hooker was not compassionate and always supported the owner. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. They undermine renters.
