Kelly Wilke is very genuine and has up-to date knowledge of the market. She is highly professional and keeps you in the loop (good communication). She has been really helpful, particularly when we were waiting for new tenants and in giving us advice on how to progress. She did a few open houses for us and kept us updated about the outcome of the open houses. This included how many people were visiting and their response to the property.

LJHooker Belconnen have kept us up to date with any concerns re our rental property and attended promptly to any concerns raised by tenants and landlord. Recently a tenant broke their lease and in order to facilitate new tenant arriving with a new baby, 3 agents from Hooker went to our property to meet us and helped clean and prepare the property for the new tenants as there was a very tight time frame. They came prepared with cleaning materials and supported us in fixing damage to the property. Couldn't ask for more support. They even took shelves from the oven home to clean them. We were very grateful for their assistance and professionalism.
