Athina was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and answered my enquiries. Athina offered her professional thoughts based on market research and knowledge of the local market. I felt heard and enjoyed our appointment and schedule to have my property rented. Athina kept me abreast of any updates, and organised, at my request, all the necessities for a successful marketing campaign. I was, and wasn’t surprised that Athina called me after the first open home with an excellent applicant. Athina explained the process of vetting applicants and supported my decision to accept the successful applicant. We initially went with Emily at LJ Hooker when renting out my partner's apartment when we combined households as she was the first real estate agent to take the time to listen to what we wanted and understand our situation, rather than assume we were investors trying to build a portfolio of properties.
