We are new migrants to Australia and was anxious in securing a property for rent as it is a vital part of us getting settled in, in a new country. Once the property was inspected by our relative, Athina was very clear on the way forward and on the requirements we had to make. As soon as we submitted the requested information the process was finalized within a very short time period. The conditions were clearly explained to us by her so that we were made aware of the rules and regulations to adhere in renting a property in Australia. It was such a relief for us considering that we were yet to move in to Australia at the time we finalized the proceedings, which took a huge burden away from us.
