I first made phone contact with George Vlandis of L J Hooker Belconnen after he did a mail drop in Florey, where I had an investment property that I was contemplating to sell. I therefore set up an inperson meeting with George to further discuss the prospect of selling my property. After a few minutes into our discussion, I felt confident that I could do business with George, and my first impression of him proved to be right. The main reason that I decided to appoint him as my agent was his integrity and professionalism. He had a good knowledge of the area and always provided research that helped in setting a reasonable range for the auction. Right through the marketing and sales process, he provided written details on a weekly basis during the marketing campaign, as well as the open home inspections, that was carried out on a bi weekly basis for four weeks . Simply put his customer service was excellent. The property was sold at the day of the auction and reached a price that was within my expectation, and now awaits final settlement. Working with George has been worry free, and I would highly recommend that he could be entrusted to look after what in most cases is a buyers/sellers single largest asset during their lifetime.

George had initially contacted me for a free property appraisal which he prepared for me free of charge. Once it came time to sell the house I decided to contact him and he was very helpful with the process of putting the house on the market. The marketing and open house schedule was handled expertly and there were many potential buyers secured for the auction date. Georges attention to detail was second to none and he was always available to answer any questions. In the end I got $35k over the asking price and the whole experience was smooth sailing from start to finish.
