I think I was very lucky to come across George in my quest to purchase an investment property. Great friendly service and not question was left unanswered when asked. Offered great advice for a first time auction participant. Would definitely consider contacting George again if needed.

I am so grateful to have George as my selling agent. Being so accommodating and responsive to all the respects of the selling process. Especially with challenges (selling two properties at the same time), George has provided good advices how to prioritise and it brings excellent outcome. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Georges has been great through the process of purchasing our new appartment. Quick to respond and arrange the necessary inspections, very helpful in communicating with the various parties and helping through the humps of the process.

My first meeting with George on the day of my valuation was enough to say he was the one who was going to sell my first home. My first impressions tell me a lot about someone and George ticked all the boxes. He was professional, personal and very well presented and I felt very very comfortable with him. George sat down and went through everything I needed to know, being my first sale, I had very little knowledge and for someone to explain this was very comforting to know. He seemed to keep me, as the seller, priority over everything else. He took time out to get to know me and what I needed out of the sale and I think that was a very professional and personal experience that made George seem like the perfect choice. Other agents just felt fake and it seemed they only had their best interests at heart but not George. He put in the hours and time to get the best results for me and on the day of the auction this payed off. I am very pleased with the results and anyone thinking of selling or buying a home I 100% recommend George Vlandis and the team at LJ Hooker Belconnen because it’s not just about them it’s all about you and that makes all the difference. Being very house proud the painting I received of my house on the day of sale was a very touching gift, it will forever remind me of my beautiful home. Thank you George for everything, I am very happy for all you have done for me.

Working with George Vlandis for the sale of our home in Hawker was a pleasure. George has a wide knowledge of the Canberra market, particularly the Belconnen area. He has a positive and open approach giving you all the information you need. George communicates the results from open houses quickly and provides extensive feedback on potential buyers thoughts and views. He responds thoughtfully to any questions and concerns you may have and was able to provide reassurance as auction day approached. George also illustrated excellent marketing skills providing a professional and charismatic video of our home and ensuring amazing photographs and social media were utilised to attract as many buyers as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending George if you wish to sell you home.

George was very informative regarding the state of the current market and what the property was likely worth. He followed up regularly on the progress of the sale and always provided updates on potential buyer feedback after open homes. He is friendly and courteous and always acted in a professional manner. I would definitely employ him again and recommend George to anyone considering his services.

We recently purchased an apartment for my mother, in Gungahlin, and George Vlandis was a big part of the successful process, albeit representing the seller. He was prompt at responding to my queries and provided assistance at every opportunity to ensure we remained aware of the process and what was next, including meeting us at the property at the end of the working day to ensure we could conduct final inspections. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to sell or buy a property in Canberra's north.

George worked hard throughout the campaign to successfully sell our home in auction. We were kept informed at all times about what was happening in the campaign. His calm friendly manner made the entire process run smoothly from start to finish. We found George to be very professional, a hard worker and very courteous to everyone he comes in contact with, and a genuinly nice guy. We are very happy to recommend his services.
