The name Michael Wellsmore was mentioned by some friends of mine in context of a really good price he had got for a house that had recently gone to auction. The seller and the buyer were really happy with the outcome. Unknown to them at the time I was thinking about selling my own house. On talking to Michael for the first time there was no question that he was the agent for me almost finishing my sentences. He gave me very honest advice that pretty much lined up with my own thoughts being in a similar industry with a few extra ideas I had never thought of. Michael was very proactive with making things happen promptly and always called me with any updates or questions. Always felt like I was his most important client with one-on-one attention second to none. If my house was an evenT in real estate Olympics he certainly won it for me without breaking a sweat. What stood out during this whole process is how much experience he has in the industry as a whole and how much difference in makes to a client. He is also very willing and able to embrace new ideas. Marketing and campaigning is constantly changing in our current market to give the biggest exposure in the allotted time as possible.
