From the first time I contacted George about a property we were interested in buying for our son to live in he was helpful without being pushy. As we had rang various real estate agents about other properties some of them were constantly ringing to see if we were still interested sometimes daily for up to a fortnight after our son had viewed their properties. George was a pleasant surprise he was helpful, if you asked a question that he didn't have the answer to he would ring you back promptly with an answer. our whole process of having finance approved ended up a long process (due to the bank & admin details) but George would only ring us if there was further progress with our purchase. once settlement day happened George contacted our son's fiancé & organised the handing over of the keys & made the two of them very happy. As my husband & I live 14 hours away from Canberra all our dealings with George were by email or telephone & I can only say that we were both impressed with his expertise & that he defineately has his finger on the pulse when it comes to dealing with people both vendors & purchasers

I had been looked at houses to buy for a while and i found that real estate agents were superficial and not genuine. In contrast, I went to look at a LJ Hooker house and started to chat with George Vlandis. He is different, very knowledgeable and honest with information. He was available for enquiries and, ulike other agents, George did answer the phone or return calls. We bought a house from George and his attention to us was beyond what I expected from an agent. Very professional indeed.
