I have purchased a property from Daniel in 2015 and I sold my other property with Daniel in November 2019. He has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with on both accounts of me being a buyer and seller. Daniel is personable, and approachable, nothing was to little or big or trivial for him. He always answering my calls and always touched base on progress of viewings. Whilst Daniel had several other listings, I always felt I had his attention on my property. In addition, Daniel is accompanied by Aydin, who was equally instrumental in the sale of my home. I highly recommend the Daniel and Aydin team, lovely vibrant guys with a proactive attitude!!

As soon as Dan walked into my Home I knew he was the one that would achieve the greatest result in a kick starting market. The moment he walked into the home he started selling the home and its unique features to ME the owner, who had lived there for over 25 years! I had other agents through but none of them seemed interested in the homes' special features, where as Dan would take it all in. Dan and his assistant Ayden were always attentive to detail and would listen to my thoughts and concerns. Contact between us was always concise and to the point which for me works better than "maybe and should be ok". The no stress approach that Dan has is a testament to the way he works and the result achieved at the end of a short campaign. If I ever need to sell another home I would not hesitate to use Dan again. Just remember "when Selling your Home Dan's the Man".
