I actually purchased the home through AM real estate and noted at the time that while friendly and professional, they were acting in the interests of the seller more than any other agent I was dealing with at the time. This is what lead me to selling through them when the time came for me to be on the seller side. Daniel’s professionalism and communication was absolutely brilliant throughout the process - I was informed when an open or private viewing would be taken place, I was called after it with a verbal summary and I was also provided with a report. Market feedback was accurate and timely and I do not feel like I was “conditioned” at all, a practice rife within the industry. A special mention should go to his assistant Ayden Collins who is obviously being taught the right way by the right people and helped to make the whole process easy and stress free.
