We chose Ash Marton Realty after meeting with several other agents...they had a different approach to others, seemed younger and very enthusiastic. From the start Josh took control of the marketing, changing things as needed as the sales process progressed . He is calm and reassuring and also very realistic in helping to achieve a sale. Truly very professional and helpful, he even offered to water lawns and hose down the deck while we were on holidays. Nothing was too much trouble. The level of communication was excellent, with constant follow up calls letting us know how the open for inspections were going and any developments on the sale.Josh also made several good recommendations on making the property more attractive. Dedicated, helpful and fun to work with on the sale....six stars out of five!!

We engaged Josh to sell my elderly parents property in November. We were very impressed with his enthusiasm and local knowledge, the way he presented and his plan for the sale. We had three open days and the property sold in about a month. A good result in a difficult market! Josh was always available and he kept us well informed along every step of the process.
