In the process of selling our house, we contacted several agents to get an appraisal and to choose the right person/people to best benefit us. We had been recommended Kim, so we asked her to come and have a look. Kim's enthusiasm, kindness, professionalism, packages, appraisal and commission were all a standout. Within a few days, photos were taken and the house was listed shortly after. Kane took the lead and showed several people through our house, most of them putting in an offer. His efficiency, positivity, and incredible sales skills, gave us a wonderful result well above what we had imagined. This all happened in a week! Communication with Kim and the team was always positive and prompt, and I was amazed by the huge amount of after hours work they put in. Their overall love for the job, work ethic and brilliant customer service was impressive to say the least. The rest of the process was seamless and easy.
