Kim and the team were great to deal with. Nothing seemed to be a hassle. After nearly 2 years with a big company silently on the market (admittedly wasn't ready to sell quiet that early) it went to contract with them late last year at the peak of the market, as the exclusive period end date approached it seemed they were just bringing anyone through to try and get a sale before the contracted end date even though they didn't suit the criteria to look through our home. After about 8 inspections not one offer or feedback. Poor communication after inspections, one inspection we waited nearly 2 hours before we got a text message to say we could come back when the kids needed to eat tea. The exclusive period finished in February, had 1 follow up phone call in April, and nothing since. Was a bit disappointed, it's almost like it was too hard for the other agent to sell. When we first met with Kim we floated a few ideas on value etc. She was confident it would move quickly even with our long requested settlement date. The first 2 enquires happend with in a fort night of it it hitting the market. Kim showed both parties through and had an offer from both parties with in a day from inspection. Phone call from Kim with 5 minutes to tell us we could return to the property. Overall great experience, Kim would be the first person we ring to sell again.
