Buying and selling real estate is about trust. From our first meeting, I trusted Ben (and his very competent team). I trusted him as a Selling Agent and as an individual. I trusted his opinions, advice and strategies. Why, because he listens. Ben is friendly, professional and he knows his stuff. Aspect offers a premium product with sensational marketing, second to none. The end result was a sale beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Ben and his team and I wish them every success.

Ben’s Experience is obvious.
Ben oversaw our house purchase recently, with most of our day to day contact being with his colleague Jack Gair. Jack was friendly and efficient, and focussed on our needs as buyers. He consistently returned calls, and provided requested details promptly. As a result of a sudden change in the planned auction schedule, both Ben and Jack worked professionally to ensure our interests as ‘remote buyers’ were considered, and communicated efficiently with us to ensure we could adapt to the altered sale campaign. Ben was prompt and puposeful in his communication with us, and the negotiation process was concise. Vendor that arose on the day of settlement tested the experience and practical customer service skills of both Jack and Ben. Despite the challenges, we are now enjoying our new home. Both agents local knowledge has also helped us post-sale, with recommendations for relevant businesses and services in the area.
