Cath and her team were an absolute delight to work with. Our house sold in 2 weeks which is a testimony to the efforts Cath went to in marketing our place. She was always on call for questions and updated us constantly on open house inspections and interest in the property. Aspect have a great knowledge of the Port Stephens area and were spot on with their price guide. I could not have wished for a better agent than Jack. What you see is what you get, a rare quality in real estate agents. Jack is very easy to communicate with and he was always very responsive and even more importantly actually followed through. He listened to our needs and wants and was active in finding an appropriate home for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he made our purchase as stress free as possible. He does his best to get the best result for both parties and is genuine and honest. I would highly recommend Jack if you are either selling or purchasing.
