Selling your long term home to move into a Retirement Village is a challenging time. We were however very fortunate because we chose Anna Chow as our Agent. Anna was professional, prepared, persistent, punctilious, personable, practical and most importantly Anna proved to be potent...and successful. We have no hesitation in recommending her unreservedly.

Anna surprised us with an unsolicited offer to buy our house at a time when we had no intention of selling. From her first phone call she was courteous and always quick to respond to our questions.

We found Anna to be extremely helpful throughout the buying process. She knows exactly what we are looking for. She is ethical and efficient to arrange inspection, negotiation and exchanged the contracts in a few days. She helped us to purchase the best block with beautiful view in the prestigious street for us to build a big mansion. The vendor was very happy with the sale price. Anna definitely satisfied both parties in win-win situation. Would recommend all my friends and connections who want to buy or sell properties

I was attracted to Anna's network and her active connection with Hong Kong and China. Anticipating the imminent FED and RBA increase in interest rates added to the personal pressure I was under. Anna delivered with no 'buts' or softening to reduce the price.
