Dear Anna, Thank you so much for all of your help! We are so grateful for all of the hard work you have done to find our dream home. We are endlessly grateful to have you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out!

***** THE BEST TOP AGENT WITH EXCELLENT NEGOTIATION SKILL I know Anna from her outstanding performance in selling properties in the North Shore area. She achieved record prices not just in East Killara but also in other suburbs such as Chatswood, East Lindfield, Mosman, Cameray… which also include my other property in Macquarie Park. She focused on achieving the top price for me unlike other agent who would have just tried to expedite the sale and boost their own performance by selling the property at a very low price in the end. We are very happy to have Anna as our selling agent for 6 Churchill Road, East Killara again. She has indeed achieved the record selling price for our small single level property, compared to other properties which were recently sold in the same street. Anna is a diligent, professional, friendly, patient and enthusiastic agent. She is honest and trustworthy and has many loyal buyers in her database who trust her wholeheartedly. Her great negotiation and communication skills (without any language barrier) will always bring me and other vendors the highest/record price. I have no doubt to recommend her to anyone I know who is selling his/her properties.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Anna. She has provided guidance and advice throughout the sales process: getting the house ready, giving advice on improvement and decorations, organizing marketing campaign, tirelessly showing our property to interested parties. At the end she negotiated a great price for us. We would definitely recommend Anna to anyone who plans to sell.

Had been in contact with Anna throughout our house hunt as she seemed to be the East Killara specialist. Once we found the property we wanted, she was instrumental in getting the deal done between us and the vendor.
