Absolute professionalism

Very professional
As a bit of a novice when it comes to the real estate game I was fortunate to have spoken to Ben on my initial inquiry. As an investor he was quick to realise the sort of properties that would suit me and then show me. His ability to answer all my questions regarding rent returns was also helpful. We engaged Kevin ourselves, after contacting the office to set up an appointment to view a property.
Kevin had a good market knowledge and was able to provide feedback of what recent movements in the market had been & what was possibly coming. We had looked at only 3 properties during our search, with 2 having negotiations & 1 property we reached a agreement and purchased.
