The house was sold.
Ben told me that I should go for a 'price range' which I was skeptical about, but he explained that the low range was for cash offers and short settlements, so I allowed myself to be persuaded. Ben was good at explaining parts of the process, but I ended up not getting my asking price, not a cash offer and not the settlement date I was after, so I was obviously a bit disappointed. He also didn’t ask who the builder was, and I got the impression that the buyer was left thinking it was a less prestigious company than was actually the case, which is a bit disappointing.
