A true professional who knows the local market and how to get a house sold quickly and really cares!
At a time when I was experiencing many difficulties Stuart Wakely quietly stepped in and stepped up to assist in my decision-making. I had the benefit of his local market knowledge, his expertise in what needed to be done to effect a sale, and his desire to get the best possible results for my personal situation. An empathetic and caring manner was evident from start to finish and I cannot thank him enough for his continual support through the whole process. His communication skills were excellent. I was always kept informed about everything and when there were decisions to be made he took the time to fully and patiently explain the options and their consequences. Stuart is a real team player. He involved the whole Assets team so that I had a wide pool of expertise to draw on, but also kept involving me so that I always got that personal touch which said “I care”. My house was sold within a few weeks at a price which surprised me and settlement was within the time frame I needed. It was a perfect solution and I can’t thank him enough. I would thoroughly recommend Stuart to anyone selling or buying a house.

Such a no stress purchase
Ben contacted us about 8 Atlantis Ave property and we were able to see it within a couple of hours. Ben was very obliging with everything we requested and even organised a second viewing on the same day for us to show our daughter. We made an offer on the property and it was accepted within hours.
