Prompt, professional and personable
Our contacts with Stuart Wakeley were very positive. He was able to set up video and on-site inspection of the property promptly (which was a little tricky in uncertain COVID times). He was honest, personable and approachable and followed up on our conversations and visits so that we were all very clear.

Great energy and helpful nature
I have no problem putting a 5 rating for Jason. He always helped answering my clarifications as i am new to the Portland market. In fact been in touch for a while due to the quickly moving market which makes it very challenging to lock a deal. Seen his respect/weight to to the vendor which i can understand as he was engaged to sell the property for his vendor. Also i got in touch with few in his team during this journey and observed that they all had good energy levels and willingness to answer and help. Thanks

Personable with a genuine, inclusive peoples focus approach
My husband and I are relocating to the gorgeous Portland area and for some months now, have found ourselves bouncing from one property to another and in so, dealing with a number of Realestate Agents. It became clear quite early in our journey that Jason is someone who treats people with genuine interest and not just as a number (or god forbid - a commission ticket!!) We found ourselves referring back to Jason and on other listings of his Agency but not specifically his, as he was always quick to respond and would chase up information or queries of ours, no matter how trivial! In short, nothing was too much or hard for Jason and we would happily recommend him to anyone!
