I first contacted Karyn over a year ago as I started to plan selling my investment properties going into retirement. She provided very useful feed back as to current market, price and demand. Unlike other agents we contacted she did not pressure us to list straight away or claim she had potential investors falling over each other to buy. As it was not an urgent sale we put it on hold for a year, with that in mind I kept her contact details. In early November this year I contacted Karyn again as I wanted to sell up going into retirement. She was much more positive about the price I wished to achieve and selling to a genuine long term investor so my long term tenant (disabled veteran) would be looked after. In under 4 weeks she had the property sold for my asking price. Her office staff took care of all paperwork, liasing with solicitors, managing agent and Body corp. Karyn called me each week, listerned to me and calmly answered questions. She also took time to talk to my tenant to reassure him that his tenancy was safe, and that only genuine buyers would be allowed to view the property.
