This is one very special lady indeed! Exceptionally professional, compassionate and really took the time to understand my circumstances. Karyn far exceeded expectations on all fronts but most importantly on the sale price - she is a silent weapon in this space. Super lovely person but with the right amount of grit to push where needed to get the price and job done. I recently purchased a house from her in Augustine heights. From a buyers point of view, it was an awful service I received from Karyn Fairbanks. First of all, I was told a plenty of lies about the current condition of the property and the appliances. Secondly, pre settlement conditions were not met and the she disappeared from the settlement conversation and pushed to receive the house as it is without the conditions met. Thirdly, the behaviour before and after the contract signing was highly contrasting. I expected more honesty and transparency from her. Don’t recommend to future property buyers.
