TOP SERVICE
We relocated from Sydney in February 2016 and started looking for a new home. At first we couldn't get over how unhelpful most real estate agents were on the GC when compared to our previous experiences. Here we were cashed up ready to buy with no one interested in helping, not even the agency providing our rental home. We finally did meet two agents that went out of their way to try and find our new home, but then late last year we met Oresti Astras who was selling the home that fitted our needs. Our experience with Oresti was head and shoulders above most of our previous encounters with agents and he went out of his way to help make the purchasing process as easy as possible. With constant communication on updates, etc you realised that he was acting as much for us, the purchasers, as he was for the sellers. Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Oresti to anyone who is considering selling, buying or renting a property, as I am sure his attention to detail and professional & friendly nature would be found in all aspects of his real estate agency. Family service from a family company
The sale process was made easier because everyone in Astras office knows what's going on and are able to seamlessly manage the issues that pop up during the sale process. At no time did Oresti seek to try and influence me to lower the price, as many agents do on the Gold Coast. Over the last 15 years on the Gold Coast, I have had dealings with many agents and Oresti is now on the top of my list as a hard working, truthful and reliable agent. Five stars.

We have just bought a house through Astras Prestige Properties. I have bought a number of properties over the years, but this will be our home so this purchase was particularly important. Oresti Astras was the perfect agent for us. He really does go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He remembered all our requests and acted on them promptly. Nothing was overlooked or ignored. We found him to be always pleasant honest and reliable with a high level of integrity. He showed great respect for my elderly Chinese parents in law.
