His sale methods are the least disruptive and he always bring a variety of varied clientele through the door. Oresti also makes suggestions to improve the saleability of your house. His mannerisms are always polite and courteous and it is obvious that he instils confidence in prospective purchasers about the nature of their purchase but also is attentive and communicates regularly with sellers so that they are kept informed at all times as to the sale of their home. I have been a client of Astras Prestige Property for many years, with them managing my property at Varsity Lakes. I have always found the Agency to have the high Integrity, and all dealings with them to be very Professional. I have really valued the up to date communication between myself, the Agency, and my tenant. This has helped to have a nearly 100% occupation, of my Apartment. I have trusted my Property to them, and they have always treated it as if it was their own. My faith in this Agency, enabled me to give the authority so go ahead with any repairs needed without calling me, unless it was a major repair, but a courtesy call was made with quotes and to keep me informed. When it came to selling my property, I instantly turned to the Agency that I trusted. I had an initial chat to Oresti, seeking his advise, and a valuation of the property. He was very sincere and prompt with his valuation, and many reports backing up his valuation. Once the necessary paperwork was filled out by me, authorising them as the selling Agent, I could not believe how quick to have the photos taken, and the Property was on the market. More to my amazement, Oresti had an interest party, and the negotiations began. True to my trust in this Agency, the result achieved in this sale was the valuation Oresti has originally given me. We recently bought a house via Astras and it was a very pleasant experience. Oresti and Carrisa are absolute experts of the local area they are in. They are proactive and offer a high-level service. They think of things we didn't, represent both parties fairly, and are certainly among the best property agents we have worked with. The house we bought will be rented out initially and Astras's rental person Narelle has already been very helpful. So a great experience overall!
