John works extremely hard and knows exactly how to sell a home! He knows the Gold Coast area and what is happening and what nearby properties are selling for. He is truthful and will tell you honestly what your home will sell for. He actually surprised me! Didn't even have a chance to be advertised, sold it to the first person who looked at it and a higher price than what I would have thought. It was being rented and he found the right people to take over the lease. Never had I had a property sell so smoothly and so fast. You are doing a great job John. You never seem to stop. Thank you.

Oresti provided excellent service. He went beyond the call of duty in continuing the hunt for a buyer at the price we wanted, even when two sales fell through for reasons of buyer finance. His follow up was excellent. He had the best knowledge of Clear Island Waters real estate of any agent that we dealt with, and was always open and frank in his dealings with us. We would use him again if we were selling.
