Did not tell us that he did not work Sundays. The week-end he went to Melbourne he did not organise anyone else to do the open home. He thought we would not have any one through that close to Xmas. We insisted in having a salesman do the Saturday and we did the Sunday. That was the week-end the purchaser looked at our Townhouse. The purchaser came both days. When it came to negotiate the sale we were told that we were asking too much even though at the time we were told it was "doable". We asked for a reduced commission due to the fairly big reduction in the sale price but was told a flat "no". We would never recommend your agency to anyone. Anne and Ray Allen
