From the beginning of our interactions, Darren was simply exceptional. As we are living abroad, and had also never sold a house before, Darren handled everything for us and made it a seamless and painless experience. From engaging the required maintenance contractors, the staging company and even the conveyancer. He prepared our property to a brilliant standard enabling us to achieve a better than expected outcome. The communication was also exceptional with daily updates, phone calls and emails. I believe Darren's knowledge of the area and of the current real estate market allowed us to achieve these fantastic results. Thank you Darren for your hard work and commitment, and for also making this experience so easy for us! We cannot thank you enough!

Darren was awesome to work with! He made the process straight-forward, clear and fun! As this was the first time we had sold a home, the process was made so much easier having Darren and his team on board guiding us through. We were so happy and fortunate, especially given COVID, to turn the sale around so quickly; the professonalism and commitment from the Harcourts crew certainly helped with this! Thanks again everyone!

It was a great pleasure and lucky to get our house sold by Darren. He knows the market very well and knows what the market wants and when the house should be on the market.Myself and my husband trust his capability, knowledgeable and professional . He was always available, gave great advice and I don’t think we would have achieved such a swift, successful result with any other agent, thanks to Darren's his strategy and decisions. Our house sold in only one weeks from the first day it was on the market and the offer exceeded our expectations. Darren and his whole teams has excellent communication skills and were wonderful to work with. Always where they were supposed to be, doing what they said they would do. Darren's professionalism and consistently determined approach to carefully managing all aspects of the sale process made things much less stressful for me.He worked very hard at each step of the sale process. Darren's responded quickly to new developments. He was realistic about opportunities. Great work Darren's and your team.

If you want a agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas, Darren and his team should be at the top of your list to sell your most precious asset. Darren made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Agents don't (but should), he explained all the Jargon and managed our anxiety and stress during COVID. Darren's eye to deal is impeccable and he did not skip a beat in keeping us in the loop during open inspections. Darren managed to sell our home in 4 days after COVID restrictions were eased, we were extremely happy with the outcome. I've recommended Darren to everyone I know. He is a true professional.

Cameron was attentive, professional and he took all of the stress out of selling my property. His attitude was fantastic, so positive and always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The advice Cameron provided from the first phone call was spot on in terms of getting the property ready for the sale and when negotiating the price with the buyers. Cameron was able to achieve an amazing price for the sale of my home, even beyond my expectations. I am extremely grateful to Cameron for his dedication and expertise at selling my property so quickly.
