Excellent experience with Darren during selling process and specially his negotiating skills after property was passed during an auction . End result was a price what I wanted in first place . His honest and open approach during whole process made whole experience very pleasurable. There was no pressure at any point and goals we sett were realistic. Darren and the team at Harcourts were amazing to deal with during the sale of my property. They were professional and their large team of experts made the process seamless and the volume of potential buyers large. Darren has an incredible local knowledge and expertise which is second to none.
