Darren was very clear on their approach to selling our house, it was a good strategy that led to a fast sale at the price we wanted; this was during the pandemic!

Darren is one of the rare excellent real estate agents that we've ever met for selling our houses. He was working very hard, professional, smart, calm, patient and efficient when selling our house in St Albans, making the great outcome even in the very difficult nCovid-19 restrictions period. Honestly, he is the only real estate sale agent that we can 100% trust and rely on.

Darren is an excellent manager and sales agent. There is a set of perfect management system, good at managing people. In particular, he can think from the customer's point of view and formulate a set of economically suitable sales plan for you. Thank you very much!

Darren has been great to deal with through the whole process of selling an investment property. We are in another state so we felt we could trust Darren's guidance on a number of issues including arranging to repaint and re-carpeting the house and sorting out any issues to make the house ready for sale including excellent photos. He has always kept us up to date with progress on the sale and advice on what to do next. He has gone the extra mile for us and we appreciate that very much. Thanks Darren.

Darren is an excellent worker that helped me with my paper works when I didn’t understand. He is a friendly and intelligent guy I insist for people to work with as well.

My experience with Darren was excellent, for a vendor like myself who had not sold a property personally for sometime I felt in good hands from day one. He preformed as an expert in his field and provided me clear vision to present and market our family home of 40 years. I highly recommend his service and his team at Harcourt. Well done.
