Smooth process all around.
My application was processed and approved very quickly, and it was a smooth process to get everything done. There was also a cute welcome box with the keys.

Great Agency!
Gartland have manage our property for 4 years now and we have never had an issue. They have always kept us up to date with our tenants and are ok top of any issues. We just wish there was more branches around Victoria so we could use them for our other properties!

Best property manager we've ever had
We have the best property manager. Emily from Gartland Property is by far the best property manager we have engaged. Emily, and Gartland Property, are very professional. Extremely thorough and provide that personal service. Emily looks after our properties extremely well and is very passionate about ensuring they are looked after. The service and communication is so good, you would think you are their only customer. If ever I have a question or concern, I just pick up the phone and Emily quickly responds. I don't need to login into some website to and search for answers. Very happy having Emily and Gartland Property looking after my properties.
