Great team and very responsive to any queries we had. Our home settled on 1 October and we have confirmed tenant moving in on 1 November. Gartland also arranged for a couple of minor maintenance issues to be arranged on our behalf at a reasonable cost, prior to the tenant moving in, which was great for us as we live over an hour away and are not familiar with local maintenance service providers.
