I would like to acknowledge Kate Warby for her professionalism and understanding whilst working through multiple maintenance problems in my short term rental. I would not hesitate to enlist my investment property under the watchful eye of Kate, her negotiation skills and communication style have made an unpleasant experience tolerable for both myself and the landlord. Kate is proactive and has rectified each problem systematically, I greatly appreciated her warm, helpful and understanding demeanour when trades were required in the middle of the night. Well what to say..inspected a property that Gartlands had for rent, I went prepared with an application filled in ready if it was appropriate which is was. The agent was very friendly and helpful and upon checking my employment and references I got an offer of acceptance. Fantastic to deal with and could not fault them with correspondence and speed of their checks and all. So far I highly recommend Gartland Property agent.

I dealt with Kate Warby in renting Roxby St Manifold Heights unit, and a new lease was secured by new tenants very quickly thanks to Kates hard work, advertising and doing multiple inspections per week, ahead of old lease expiring. Garland really work hard at screening all new tenants before approval is given and have always achieved to secure quality long term tenants.
