We are very happy with experience with Gartland Property Management and especially happy with the exceptional service provided by Emily Reid, our property manager. We listed the first property with Gartland and after about six months, we moved an existing rental across to Gartland from another agent. We had just completed another investment build and asked Emily to assess it for market. Emily assessed it on the day of handover, had photos taken and online campaign launched by the next day. Three days later she had it leased to our satisfaction. Emily has been an absolute delight to work with. She is friendly, very professional and of most importance to me, provides outstanding communications. The personal service instead of website based interaction is what we like.
