A lease break and a global pandemic put me in a less than desirable position with my investment property. Tamara was fantastic at keeping up with the regulations imposed by covid-19 and getting my property listing to be as accessible as possible to potential tenants. Her great communication meant I always knew what the status of my listing. The house is now leased and I am sure Kate will continue doing a flawless job through this tenancy as she has the last.
