Great agent, weird rental agreement
The agents I interacted with were lovely and very helpful. When we realised that the place was lacking a red roadside bin, we contacted our agent and she dealt with the issue straight away. Although in the future won't go with Gartland Property again due to the rather strange/ excessive terms and conditions in the lease. Also I felt weird sending money for a property before reading the the rental agreement and not knowing what I àm getting locked into for the next year.

Very impressive team
I was very impressed with the leasing team at Gartland Property. They were in immediate contact after I expressed interest in a rental property, assisted with a virtual inspection on request and were friendly, transparent and efficient throughout the entire leasing process. Fantastic experience with Gartland
Right from the beginning I have been impressed by Gartlands tenacity, professionalism & communication throughout our dealings to date. Both Emily & Tamara have been fantastic to deal with. They know their market well and have been upfront and set realistic expectations. I was extremely impressed that they were able to find a tenant in less than 2 weeks after signing up with them in the midst of changing and challenging COVID restrictions. What great operators and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
